Happy Friday! I have been so excited to share this stationery suite I created for Ali, the amazing photographer behind Portraits by Ali. Ali’s business is almost entirely driven by referrals from her past clients … because of this, she wanted to invest in premium stationery to be certain women are getting an excellent impression from the moment they see her business card or marketing pieces. Even though the beauty portrait experience is about celebrating femininity, we wanted to be sure the paper suite didn’t feel too girly. It was about classic elegance … a strong feeling. The business cards were kept very clean with the stripes and heart on the back … the rounded corners added the softness Ali was looking for! Then, there’s the letterpress correspondence cards. My oh my … I love letterpress. We chose a light gray to be printed on thick cotton … then, we paired the cards with a vibrant, coral envelope. The cards are finished with a custom logo stamp. The traditional rubber stamp means Ali can use different ink as she wishes … she gave me a card last week with SILVER ink! It looked awesome. Lastly, Ali wanted post cards to really showcase her work. These cards reflected the style of the business cards, and look at those beautiful ladies!! I am so thrilled with this suite … it’s the perfect compliment for the beauty portrait brand experience.
