03-11-13-Be-StillHappy Monday! I hope you had a beautiful weekend. Portland totally spoiled us with wonderful weather, so we spent most of our time outside.

I’m starting week two of my clean eating challenge … feeling great, and even getting back into running. I feel like a new person. Today, I was feeling inspired by this new shift in our lifestyle. When I’m feeling anxious, or having a craving … I just need to center myself. Be still … reflect on why you’re challenging yourself.     I need to take your advice and be still too! I tend to have more anxiety when new and uncertain things are on the horizon. Thanks for sharing!

    I am the same way … For me, it’s just reminding myself to slow down & take it in!
